• Participation in sports activities involves risk. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Northern Lions is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during practices, games, or events.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is medically fit to participate in soccer activities.
• Northern Lions is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during events or practices.

5. Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and guardians agree to:

• Show respect to coaches, officials, teammates, and opponents.
• Abide by the rules of the game and club policies.
• Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in suspension or removal from club activities without refund.
